MANDARIN LEVEL ONE FOR
ENGLISH SPEAKERS
This
course is intended for those who have no or little background/knowledge in
Chinese Mandarin. The goal of this
course is to provide students with fundamental skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing Mandarin Chinese and to
help them, through a vast amount of practice, achieve basic Mandarin
skills. Background information on
China’s history, culture and society will be introduced throughout the classes
as an element of the course.

MANDARIN LEVEL THREE FOR ENGLISH SPEAKERS
Classes are conducted mostly in spoken Chinese.
Lessons build on the students' existing proficiency, and include practice in
speaking, listening, reading, discussion, composition and presentation. Lively
narratives, elements of Chinese culture, history, legends, geography, ethical
values, and discussions of China's modern transformation enrich the course
content.
